Shortly after moving to Nashville, Dani began working with producer David Malloy (Julianne Hough, Reba McIntyre, Andy Griggs) and landed a publishing deal at Famous Music. CD Baby said of Dani: Solid songwriting, sensitivity, hummable melodies, moving stories and passionate, meaningful delivery… with a strong and expressive voice like hers, she could make a nursery song sound powerful and moving” . She has been compared to Billie Holiday, Linda Ronstadt and Trisha Yearwood. Universal Music Group recently hired Dani to re-sing many of the classic hits in their catalog to give them a much-needed update. One of Dani’s first regular gigs was at a California coffee shop where she and Jason Mraz often sang on each other’s songs.
