Kerrville Folk Festival winner Annie Mosher is a performer not to miss. She grew up in the north country along the Canadian border, and her songs reflect the kind of rural, lonesome sound that fills the mountains of that land. She has a powerful stage presence and is at the same time wild and tender, terribly funny one moment, and deeply poignant the next. She has been a longtime member of the Nashville gal-group Girls With Guitars, and was a finalist in the Wildflower Music Festival in 2011. She is a firecracker on stage, and she loves her audience. Her most recent album, “Welcome To My Birthday,” is a delicious mix of the strange, the tragic, and the lovely. She is a regular at the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, and is fast becoming a fixture on Americana radio.

Long released a self-titled album on Columbia Records and charted with singles “It’s Only Monday” and “Anywhere But Here”.
Bud Reneau’s music career began as a young boy in Cincinnati, Ohio when his father taught him a few guitar chords, an event that would spark a lifetime passion to create music. He organized a cover band in his teens and played weddings, college parties, DJ hops and finally did several years on the night club circuit in and around Cincinnati while producing records on local artists. Bud’s ambitions lead him to pursue a degree in civil engineering at the University of Cincinnati but his interest in producing and marketing records would immerge as his primary career focus. Around the age of 21 he became a partner in the creation of Saxony Records, an independent do-wap record label and now, “oldies icon” that was to be the vehicle for regional chart positions on “The Teardrops”, “Rollie Willis”, Tommy Sears, “The Ditalians” and others. Some of these records entered Billboard’s national charts and were leased to major record labels, particularly to the thriving 60s and 70s independent labels, “Musicor and Jamie Records”. Bud’s interest in developing new artists and reaching wider markets would eventually lead him to relocate to Nashville, TN where he expanded his interests to include country music productions and to establish himself in the songwriting and publishing arenas. Bud’s early productions and marketing successes in Nashville include the #1 record “Welfare Cadillac” on Royal American Records and “Big Bruce” on Atlantic Records.

Bud’s songs have been recorded by numerous major artists including #1 records on “Chains” (Patty Loveless) , “Got My Heart Set On You” (John Conley) and “Somewhere Between Love and Tomorrow” (Roy Clark).
