KEN WILL MORTON is a highly acclaimed singer-songwriter based in Athens, GA . His music has been praised by No Depression, Paste, American Songwriter, Southeast Performer, Performing Songwriter, Relix, Blues Matters, Vintage Guitar , Georgia Music Magazine and more. An extremely engaging performer, Ken has been nominated twice for “Best Solo Performer” by the Flagpole Magazine. He has toured most parts of the U.S. and Ireland , opening for Billy Joe Shaver, Todd Snider, Randall Bramblett, Tommy Stinson, and Sugarland; he has performed at South-by-Southwest, the Americana Music Festival, Atlantis Music Conference, and more. His song “Oh Lord” was prominently featured in the TV show The Deadliest Catch on the Discovery Channel which continues to air domestically and internationally. More recently, the song “On My Feet Again” was used in the closing scene for the indie film “Flight Of The Cardinal” on Gaston Pictures. His fifth solo effort, True Grit, which was released in early 2010 on Sojourn Records, receiving rave reviews and substantial airplay on Americana radio.

A prolific writer, Ken is currently putting the finishing touches on two new CDs of all new songs.
