Dani Carroll

Bio

Dani grew up in San Diego and began writing music at 9 years old. At age 18, Dani put some of her other talents to use and built her own acoustic guitar. She later found herself regularly performing with now pop star, Jason Mraz. “We played every Thursday night at a local coffee shop and sang on each other’s tunes,” she recalls. Dani made the move to Nashville in 2002 and began working with David Malloy, producer for Julianne Hough, Reba McIntyre and Andy Griggs. Within six months, she signed a deal with Famous Music Publishing and continues to write songs with some of Music Row’s top talent. In 2007, Chris LeDoux’s band Western Underground released Dani’s song ‘Unbridled’ as the title cut and single on their record. In 2011, her song ‘You Can Count on Me’ was featured in two time daytime Emmy winning web series Venice.
