2012 is another exciting year in the life of quickly rising and emerging country artist Pearl Clarkin. You can find her playing in downtown Nashville at Hard Rock Cafe or on the songwriter’s circuit on any given night. This year Pearl has opened for a Saints of Havana showcase at 12th and Porter, CowBoy Troy and Charlie Daniels at the Lincoln County Music Festival, and was also featured at the 2012 CMA Fest. She’ll be playing at the Cowboy Troy Fan Party and on the Hard Rock Stage outdoors. Pearl is headling her own concert back home on her beloved Pensacola Beach before 1000′s on October 2nd and will be performing for the Pensacola Beach Songwriter’s Festival October 3rd. October 4th – 8th she will be moving on south to perform at GAC TV Storme Warren’s Country on the Beach Key West Event with Montgomery Gentry . There is so much going on for Pearl, we certainly can’t list it here but NASHVILLE HAS GONE CRAZY OVER HER !!! She has already been named one of the top unsigned artists in the country by CMT. In 2009 she placed in their Music City Madness singer/songwriter contest.
In the industry and music competition world Pearl is considered a triple threat. She sings with an ethereal voice that has been called “enchanting” “angelic” and yet “sultry”. She writes and is a spellbinding entertainer. The crowds love getting to know her!
Pearl has been writing since the age of 12 when she wrote her first song with Macy Gray at an American Idol camp. She successfully entered the singer/songwriter world at the age of 14 when she moved to Nashville to pursue her craft. She sings regularly in and around Music City with the brightest stars and more than holds her own. Pearl produced her first video, “Even Though I Want To” for CMT. She performs skillfully in front of the cameras whether for music videos, modeling or acting.
Pearl is no doubt going to grow into one of the most beautiful country music stars the world has ever seen. Hold on to your hats; join her, it’s going to be an incredible ride!!
