ELI HANNON
Eli Hannon was born in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia, and from an early age, he was immersed in music, thanks to his father, Dan Hannon, a record producer with an impressive roster including Manchester Orchestra, Paris Jackson, Teddy Swims, Julien Baker, and Aaron Shust. Growing up in a recording studio environment, Eli was encouraged to explore the sounds of legendary R&B and soul artists from the 20th century. Influences like Sam Cooke, Jackie Wilson, James Brown, The Jackson Five, Stevie Wonder, and The Temptations shaped his musical identity from the start.
Eli was always singing, often found wandering around with a tune on his lips, even before he could speak. By the age of ten, he caught his father’s attention while belting out “Who’s Lovin’ You” by The Jackson Five. “I thought it was the radio, but it was Eli,” Dan recalls. “I asked him to come down to the studio, and as soon as he stepped into the vocal booth, I was blown away. His performance was genuine and joyful! From that moment, I knew Eli was a one-of-a-kind talent—an artist to be taken seriously.”
Fast forward ten years, and Eli has blossomed into a multi-instrumentalist and singer with a unique blend of authenticity and vulnerability. His captivating sound compels listeners to want more. He has performed at a variety of venues, from cozy coffee shops and bars to arenas, and even the iconic Apollo Theater. At just 20 years old, Eli’s future is only shining brighter. He is currently in the studio working on his debut album, set to be released in 2025, with three additional albums planned to follow in the subsequent months.

DONNA BROOKS
PBSF 2025 PENSACOLA BEACH SONGWRITING COMPETITION CATEGORY WINNER – BLUES
When Donna Brooks was growing up in Florence, Alabama, she had no idea that the epicenter of musical cool was happening across the river in Muscle Shoals. But even kids who weren’t aware that Aretha Franklin, Bob Dylan, or the Rolling Stones were stomping around the Quad-Cities area still managed to absorb the eclectic musical influences that floated down the Tennessee River. Country melodies and philosophy swirled in the air along with folk and rock and R & B, and the blues. The Shoals loved music, not a genre.
So it was in this melodic crucible that Donna began writing, and her work bears that same trademark blending of styles – she can sing like a bird or belt it like Bruce, and her songs might be reflective or rocking. But Birmingham’s singer-songwriter has spent years honing her songwriting craft, so you can trust that whichever approach she uses, it’s going to be a good story or a funky groove. Donna’s latest EP “It’s Just Rain,” available on all streaming platforms, includes tracks wrestling with Donna’s recent diagnosis and triumphant battle with cancer. She is currently working on a full-length album called “Heart Like a Graveyard,” which will be more focused on her rock origins.

JULIETTE STEWART
Pensacola Beach Songwriters Festival Songwriting Competition 2025 Folk Category Winner
“If you think you know what a country artist sounds like, she’s here to prove you wrong,” said
writer Jason Barnard of Juliette Stewart. Juliette’s love of storytelling and collection of
experiences and encounters have lent depth and timelessness to her lyrics, and gravity to her
powerful and nuanced voice. Taking her umbrellaed Americana music across the country to well
known music festivals and classic traditional American music venues, as well as around the
world in the United Kingdom and Europe, Juliette’s music has been described as “dramatic and
“heartfelt” with “hearty vocal tones,” and “lyrics that cut deep like conversations you weren’t
supposed to overhear.”
Her debut single “Shame On You” was recorded in Nashville, TN, with touring members of the band
“Chicago” and Eli Beaird, ACM bass player of the year nominee, has caught the interest of
industry top-liners turned collaborators such as Thom Panunzio (credits: Interscope Records,
Stevie Nicks, John Lennon, Bruce Springsteen). He, alongside Juliette, produced and mixed the
project in Los Angeles, CA. “Shame On You” peaked in the TOP 40 on the “Contemporary Hits
Radio” and “Hot Adult Contemporary” Mediabase Charts, as well as found success on
international radio shows. Juliette will follow her newest release “Talking To The River” with her Debut EP, including award
winning song “Callaway,” set to arrive in 2025.
