SANDRA KAYE HINNANT

Sandra Kaye Hinnant “When? by the Girlsinger” is typical of her writing from personal experiences and her Rock/Gospel/Pop/Country/Southern Rock musical roots makes for a challenge when trying to place her songwriting in any one particular genre. Her vocals compare to many Artists, yet she has a vocal uniqueness all of her own. Pensacola Native who enjoys saltwater, seeing people dancing and singing using music as her tool to bring happiness to the world. Appeared on The Nashville Network (TNN) with her song, “Hard Drinkin’ Good Timin’ Woman” and traveled the Circuits for 5 years. The past few decades, she’s played 5 piece house band gigs and now travels solo with her tracks. Many of her Festival events include: Jimmie Rodger’s Festival, Shrimp Festival Gulf Shores, Springfest and Pensacola Musicians Memorial. She has four song which gained nationwide airplay on local radio stations. She’s shared the stage with many “greats” including Billy Joe Royal, Leon Everett, Eric Burton, Billy Gibbons, Steppenwolf and Pee Wee King. Sandra is a Trustee of The Auxiliary VFW Post 706, where she performs sometimes. Her music is available on AMI Jukeboxes, YouTube, Spotify, iTunes, iHeart Radio and a host of many others.

This Nashville-based singer spent the past ten years performing around the country, making numerous appearances on the Grand Ole Opry while also appearing nationally on radio and TV. But in 2020, when the world shut down, songwriting became a therapeutic outlet and ultimately changed her life.  Teea self-released her very first, all-original album, “All Over The Map”, in 2021 featuring co-writes with some of Music City’s most highly regarded songwriters, Jim “Moose” Brown, Don Sampson and James LeBlanc.

TANYA GALLAGHER

Southern songstress Tanya Gallagher is a modern day troubadour. Born and raised near the Florida-Alabama line, she spent her formative years quietly making waves along the Gulf Coast with her thoughtful musicality and elegant stage presence. With a husky voice, an acoustic guitar, and a gift for crafting tender, quirky folk songs, Gallagher has spent the last decade touring around the US and Canada sharing her songs with anyone who will listen.

BILLY DROZE

Singer, songwriter and record label owner Billy Droze was programmed to do music the minute he arrived on earth in Alabama. Droze has secured his spot on the bluegrass music circuit cementing timeless hits of gospel, americana,  country and roots music with multiple Grammy nomination recommendations. As a prolific songwriter, major artists have cut his songs. Such as “You Never Know” –Darryl Worley, “Free Again”  – Shenandoah, “That’s Why I Run” – Billy Yates (#1 in Europe), “Sunday Clothes” – Randy Kohrs,”Big Pain” -Marty Raybon, “Bottle Was a Bible” – Junior Sisk, “Her Memory Again” (#5 Bluegrass Today Chart) – Flatt Lonesome, “Like I Do” – Jamie O’neil, “I Know Better” (#1 Bluegrass Today Chart) – The Grascals, among others. Droze and his band, Kentucky Blue, travel the country performing bluegrass festivals everywhere.

To date, Billy has garnered eleven #1 radio singles. Droze is the reigning Inspirational Bluegrass Music Artist of the Year, an award from the Inspirational Country Music Association. Together with bluegrass superstar Rhonda Vincent, he hosted the 2018 ICMA Awards at the historic Grand Ole Opry House. Billy Droze is surely one of the fastest rising stars in bluegrass music.

GREG CROWE

Raised in the heart of the Mississippi Delta, Greg Crowe brings a compelling blend of blues, rock and country to Music City. Crowe is an award winning songwriter; credits include artists Montgomery Gentry, Sammy Kershaw, Adam Gregory, Will Hoge, Chuck Mead, Lonestar and most recently with Trace Adkins. His writing, production skills have also been put to use in many television commercials and Independent artists projects as well. Crowe is a SESAC affiliated writer/publisher who has been living in Nashville for the past 32 years.

STACY CLEARMAN

Stacy Clearman is one of our local songwriters that serves on our festival team. He is a local full time business man & volunteer minister that loves being part of songwriting communities.

He’s been as close as you can get behind the scenes to getting some cuts, but hasn’t had that big break just yet. But he doesn’t write songs for that purpose, it’s something he truly loves doing daily, almost like therapy.
Stacy says, “There’s nothing more thrilling than trying to solve the riddle of pulling a melody, chord, riff, beat, and/or lyric from thin air…and turning it into something organized that can be heard thousands of times at the same time.”
While being more of an Americana artist & sound of his own, as a songwriter, he writes across various landscapes & imagines other people & styles singing his songs, even before writing them. You can follow along with his songwriting journey on socials @stacyclearman.
He also had the joy of touring full time in his early 20’s with his band & jokes that he’s glad the internet & social media didn’t exist yet, because there’s very little proof of any of it, & that’s a good thing.
But most importantly, he is proud to be the dad of Rachel Clearman, an up & coming singer songwriter, also performing for her 3rd year in the festival. They may even share a set!

RACHEL CLEARMAN

Rachel Clearman is a 20 year old singer songwriter and natural born performer. She started writing at age 7 & performing at 12 back in Raleigh NC where she grew up. There is nothing she loves to do more than songwriting. Everybody in her life can vouch that she writes songs daily!
Her family relocated here to the Gulf Coast when she was in High School. Now a local college student, her passion is to pursue songwriting & work in the music/entertainment business, while also performing as a solo artist.
As long as she’s involved with music, she’s happy. But don’t kid yourself, she’s an up & coming artist & versatile musician to be taken very seriously. She delivers a timeless & authentic sound with her vocal tone, her writing tendencies, & her natural feel for music. You can listen to her new single “Disguise” on all platforms & follow her socials @rachelclearman. Locally, she’s performed at Bands on the Beach, Gallery Nights, City Festivals, & various live music spots. She’s gigged around the Southeast at various colleges & also opened for multiple national acts.
This will be her 3rd year at Pensacola Beach Music Fest & she is honored to be a local performer invited back again!

PEARL CLARKIN

Pearl Clarkin grew up right here on the sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach in the local landmark The Spaceship House.  She began performing at live music venues at the age of 12 in her home town of Pensacola and has performed over 1,200 live shows since then across the country on tour. Her single “Girls of Summer ” hit country radio and charted in the top 50 on the Country Breakout Chart. Pearl has opened for many big names ranging from Charlie Daniels to Michael Ray. Big Machine Label Group recently named Pearl one of the top 10 unsigned artists in the country as she represented Pensacola in the Nash Next Nationwide competition. Even though her dreams take her far away, her heart stays with her home town and she comes back often to sing and to hang out at the spaceship with her family.

LANCE CARPENTER

Lance Carpenter is here to help. The big-hearted Arkansas farm kid with a voice to match chose a career in service to others (FEMA, Federal Emergency Management Agency) Amid the considerable stress and turmoil attending that job, he found that the music he loved was able to quiet his mind and focus his heart. Slowly and unintentionally, the power of crafting lyrics and melody drew Lance in a new direction. (Nashville TN) The journey took him from self-taught hobbyist and therapeutic outlet to commuted songwriter and Nashville-based professional hit maker.

Lance’s songs have been recorded by Kelsea Ballerini, Dylan Scott, Tyler Farr, Richie McDonald of Lonestar, Julia Cole, Todd Tilghman and more. As an artist, Lance’s debut single Anyone Else which was a duet with Krystal Keith earned him a record deal with ShowDog Nashville, owned by country superstar Toby Keith in 2017.

Buckle, Anne

ANNE BUCKLE

Anne Buckle is a native of Peachtree City, GA, Anne Buckle is a singer, songwriter, and strings player in Nashville, TN. A descendent of A.P. Carter and cousin of June Carter Cash, she chose to go by the stage name WILDWOOD as a nod to The Carter Family’s “The Wildwood Flower”. As WILDWOOD, her original songs have amassed millions of streams, and she has shared the stage with the late Charlie Daniels, toured with Augustana, opened for The Chicks on their 2016 World Tour, performed on the stage of the Grand Ole Opry, and has become a regular at the Bluebird Cafe. As a songwriter, Anne’s songs have been recorded by artists including David Archuleta, Marisa McKaye, and Jacob Westfall, to name a few. Offstage, she loves to share her passion for songwriting with kids as part of the Country Music Hall of Fame’s Words Music program. Anne also facilitates songwriting team building sessions with companies and organizations, with notable past clients of Match.com, Salesforce, Accenture, Whataburger, Healthcare Corporation of America, Wounded Warrior Project, Comcast, and the U.S. Department of State. On her way to becoming WILDWOOD, Anne got her master’s degree in arts education from Harvard, worked for the U.S. Embassy in Paris, and served as an education policy advisor for the former Governor of Tennessee.
